Drivers: We expect safety in the back parking lot! Please take your time exiting HCHS and pay attention to students that are walking. Safety violations will end in loss of driving privileges at HCHS.
Thank you for your attention to the dress code this week. Please remember students are not allowed to wear hats or hoodies with the hood over their heads while in the school building.
Please have cars moved from the CTE lot by 4 PM for marching band practice.
CHEERS afternoon programming will begin on Monday, August 14th. Hours are 3:30 - 5:30. Meet us in the cafeteria for a snack, homework help, and fun activities!
The first meeting for the Academic Team will be on Monday, August 14 from 3:30-5:00 in Mr Sullivan’s room (B202). If you are unable to attend, please see or email Mr. Sullivan to let him know you are interested.
Girls' Basketball workouts will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:40 - 5:30 starting August 15. You must have a current physical in order to attend.
Reminder: when you leave campus, you may not come back to the property to get on the school bus. Also, at the end of the day, you may exit any door of HCHS to meet your ride or go to your car.
Tonight's season opener at Hopkins Co Central has been canceled & rescheduled for September 7th. Their game field is unplayable.

Henderson County boys golf finished 2nd in the Owensboro Catholic Invitational at Owensboro Country Club with a team score of 327. Chaz Audas led the way with a 77, followed closely by Josh Thompson with a 78. Other scores were Jaxon Nunn 85, Jake Hayden 87, and Sawyer Rhorer 94

Henderson Co won their Lady Colonel Invitational today at the Henderson Country Club with a score of 349. Ohio County placed 2nd with 427. Meryl Grogan won the individual title with a career-low 77. Ainsley Dalton was 3rd with an 85.
