As part of Red Ribbon Week, families are invited to join Clear the Air, a free 45 minute webinar designed specifically for Kentucky parents and caregivers. The webinar is co-hosted by Parents Against Vaping and the Dinner Table Project and will provide clear, practical information about youth vaping (nicotine and marijuana), tobacco use, new nicotine products, and how families can support young people.
Parents will learn about the health risks of vaping and tobacco use, how flavored products and marketing target youth, signs that a child may be vaping, why teens vape, and how to start supportive conversations at home. The webinar will also share tools, resources, and quit support for young people.
Clear the Air will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 12 PM ET.
