Please read the important details below to make sure your awards are accounted for.
What You Need to Do
Access the Form: Complete the Scholarship Form located in your Google Classroom.
Include What You're Using: We are only asking you to include the scholarships that you plan on using.
Additional Scholarships: If you have more scholarships than what fits on the form, please email your School Counselor directly with the information.
Important Deadline
Due Date: Friday, May 8, 2026
⚠️ Important Note: If you do not let us know what you have received by this date, we will not be able to announce your scholarships at Honors Night!
