To ensure the system works correctly, please note:
Device: You MUST use a Chromebook, desktop, or laptop. (Registration is not compatible with mobile phones or tablets).
Browser: Make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off.

Before you start, have the following information ready:
Household: Address and phone numbers.
Parent/Guardian: Full legal names, birthdays, and all contact numbers/emails.
Student Info: Full legal name, birthday, and health/medication details.
Emergency Contacts: Full legal names, birthdays, addresses, and phone numbers.
Medical Info: Physician name/contact and insurance information.
⚠️ Pro-Tip: The district receives exactly what you type! Watch your spelling and capitalization.
Dates: MM/DD/YYYY
Phones: xxx-xxx-xxxx
Names: No apostrophes or hyphens (e.g., O’Nan → ONan).

Visit henderson.kyschools.us and click on Online Registration.
RETURNING STUDENTS: (Attended HCS Jan–May 2026) Log in through your IC Parent Portal.
NEW STUDENTS: Select the New Student registration link.

Don't forget your paperwork! Requirements and deadlines vary depending on your child's grade level:
Preschool Students
Deadline: Must be on file by August 1, 2026.
How to Submit: Email all documents to preschool@henderson.kyschools.us.
Required Documents: * Household Income Form (2 pay stubs, W-2, or 1040).
KY Immunization Certificate & Physical Exam.
Birth Certificate (or approved proof of birth).
Vision Exam (by a licensed Optometrist/Ophthalmologist).
2 Forms of Proof of Residency (Utility bill, driver's license, or government benefit letter).
Copy of Custody Documents (if applicable).
K-12 Students
Deadline: Must be on file by August 12, 2026.
How to Submit: Submit documents directly to your child’s school.
Required Documents:
KY Immunization Certificate & Physical Exam.
Birth Certificate (or approved proof of birth).
Vision Exam (by a licensed Optometrist/Ophthalmologist).
Dental Exam: Required for 5 or 6-year-olds (due by January 1st of the first year of enrollment).
2 Forms of Proof of Residency (Utility bill, driver's license, or government benefit letter).
Copy of new or updated Custody Documents (if applicable).
