This form must be filled out every school year, and qualifying each year could save you up to $200 during high school, plus other valuable waiver benefits!
Note: The $25 technology fee is not waived.
All students receive free school meals; however, we still need your household to complete a brief form to help determine eligibility for other benefits, such as reduced fees and school funding. Please complete by Sept. 12. One form per household.
