Congratulations FFA!

The Henderson County FFA Chapter competed in the state Veterinary Science competition hosted at Murray State University and were named the state champions on November 19! They will represent Kentucky in October 2022 at the National FFA Convention.
Team members were Ilana Hall, Cassi Herron, Sara Vaughn and Maci Onstott. Students took a general knowledge exam with a math practicum, identified veterinary equipment, parasites and animal breeds, and demonstrated proper clinical procedures and handling techniques of animals. Each of these students are currently enrolled in the Veterinary Science course and Animal Science Pathway at HCHS.
